Rooms were spotless,all staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is surely something to behold all manner of sweet and savoury delights, the idlis were particularly good served with sambal and the dosas were delicious with a lovely fluffy potato fillings.I’ve never been away at Christmas time before,the Taj had a magnificent tree and presents in the foyer with Christmas lights.They even laid on a Christmas parade with Santa on a motorcycle!! Excellent

Stayed for 2 nights on the 19th floor. While the lobby and service areas are great, the rooms are very dated and need a deep clean. My room had dirty furnishings (sofa and curtains) and a very soft bed. We did book a car to take us around some sights for a few hours, the driver was excellent and very courteous. The safest I felt in a car during my stay, so thank you Shailesh. All in all, an average hotel with premium prices. The bathroom had a great shower but smelled quite bad, as did the hallways on my floor. In-room dining was also a letdown. The food was average at best and arrived cold. Not the premium experience I was looking for (or paying for).

• Room Cleanliness: The room was not up to Taj standards - it was dusty, dirty and generally unclean. • Hotel Maintenance: The overall property appeared poorly maintained, giving the impression that there may be insufficient funding allocated for upkeep. • Breakfast Service: The food was tasteless, and despite empty tables being available, we had to wait in long queues each day which was very inconvenient. However, I want to specifically recognize Mr Chouhan, Housekeeping Manager, who was outstanding. He went above and beyond to address our concerns, did everything possible to keep us comfortable, and was the key factor in maintaining any sense of guest loyalty during our stay. His dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable and sets an excellent example for the team. I hope these issues can be addressed to bring the property back in line with Taj's usual high standards, while ensuring staff like Mr Chouhan are acknowledged for their great work. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Bad experience . Room was not clean for 2 time . After complaining they told us this property and the glass we have is dated to 2003 manager told me when they purchased the property 2003 never upgrade rooms . Paid top dollar . Then I can pay $1100 Indian rupe pernight to have clean room .

This is our 2nd stay at Taj Lands. It’s become our favourite hotel. The hotel is buzzing with activity with friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent

The hotel is OK. Not a five star level. They are not flexible with anything. They promised early checkin if rooms are available but at checkin they asked us to pay full room rate. General service is good but the hotel is very crowded and we had to ask for service at breakfast. Lobby was crowded most of the time. Rooms were good. General management of hotel for events and catering is fine but they provide vendor list which did not seem trustworthy and expensive.
