This hotel works very slowly. It took over 40 minutes to get my meal at both the restaurant and the tea store. They served each of us at different times so we couldn’t eat together.
The restaurant only had about 3 tables occupied as well and the tea store none. Very limited options if you have gluten intolerance which is surprising since Mumbai has many cafes that offer gluten free, vegan options.
The gym trainer wasn’t very helpful either. Not sure what the purpose of having a trainer is.
The bathroom door of the hotel is not very safe. It slammed my hand when trying to pull the door out.
I understand all staff are trying their best. With that, I feel it is not the staff but the management team that needs more training to better guide their staff and operate the different areas. The management team needs to be more aware of what is going on and take over customer service when needed.
