The cabin was extremely comfortable, with an amazing view. Between the fully equipped kitchen and the always warm hot tub, there is nothing more you could ask for with cloud 9.

Our host was very accomodating making sure everything was just perfect for us. They made sure the driveway was plowed during a 12" snow making sure we had a safe time. All the video systems were set up for easy access to our personal apps which clears out access upon our checkout date. And the hot tub was nice and hot even during the cold winter months.

Another great stay

This was our third stay and each has been a great place to enjoy an incredible Mountain View, relax and disconnect in a quiet and comfortable space. The hot tub at sunset was fantastic. Already looking at next year dates to stay again.

Secluded, Peaceful, cozy

The property is in a great location that is secluded and feels like you're in a place all of your own. Beautiful views of the mountains wether you are replacing on the porch, in the hot tub, or in the cabin. There is wineries, OHV rentals, and the lake all close by (about 30 mins) to add your stay. We wish we were able to stay longer than we did! Loved it.

Julie and Mark are outstanding hosts, this is the most beautiful cabin we have ever stayed in. The view from Cloud 9 is stunning and the sunsets will take your breath away. It was a five star resort experience for sure. We will be back to see the different seasons.

We met my Parents for an early Xmas. This property was wonderful and the host Julie was absolutely fantastic! Great communication and SO helpful. We would definitely book with her and her husband again!

Beautiful

The view was amazing and cottage was good for just us and our dog. Everything you need to cook and other unexpected things like charges by beds and extra pillows and blankets. Will definitely come back. Very remote but that is what we wanted. Host very responsive !

Great cabin

This was our second stay at this cabin. And it was just as great this time. Very cozy with the fireplace and an awesome view. Even though it was cold outside we were very warm and comfortable inside and could admire the mountains. We will definitely be returning next year.

Fabulous Find!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. The carport, unloading onto one level, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen with cooking items, comfort of beds - the list goes on and on. The view from deck is spectacular and sunsets are beyond words! We never got tired of the scenery as we drove into Boone and Banner Elk. Definitely a place we hope to stay again!

Amazing Mountian stay

The cabin was just as pictured and the view was even better than pictured! The property manager was very quick to reply when we communicated with him. The only tiny tiny downside is phone reception is very limited and WiFi wasn’t super good but I would100% go back to this cabin. We all agreed that we want to stay at this property again! Views are breathtaking!

Did not disappoint

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and the views were even better. The cabin has every thing you could want for a quiet get away with family or your special someone. We so enjoyed ourselves, we spent most of our time at the cabin instead of exploring the communities around us. We will consider this cabin again for our yearly trip to the mountains. I thank the home owner for sharing his little piece of paradise.

Wonderful stay in the clouds

Great location wonderful ambiance. Property is perfect for family. Had a great time relaxing and hot tubbing. Word of advice though. If inclement is happening during arrival fog will make it extremely difficult to navigate. Other than that we will return. Thanks for a great weekend.
