Amazing staff!

Really nice room and sweet staff. The room was a nice size for a family of 4 (enough space for luggage and sitting). Breakfast was decent (can’t say continental breakfast is Michelin star haha) and refilled often. The breakfast room is quite small though.

KYOSUKE

The outside of the hotel looked the same as when I stayed here previously. The dining options around the hotel were the same as I remembered, just a few fast food places. Front desk service was less friendly this time. Housekeeping staff were nice, except none of them spoke or understood English. The room appeared okay. However, the bathroom did not have a fan; so it was very inconvenient during our stay. It was pretty gross that the side of the toilet was dirty when we arrived. The sheets looked unclean and very wrinkly. Even after I requested to have them changed, they still looked the same--which made me wonder whether the hotel actually clean the sheets. In addition to these, the phone in the room was plugged in but unfunctional. I couldn't sleep well. Since there were a lot of trucks in the area, the road started getting noisy early in the morning. The floor our room on had numerous guests with dogs, which barked often. It would have been nice if the hotel designates a floor just for guest with pets. All in all, my stay was very unpleasant. This would be the last time I choose this hotel.

Pleasant clean and comfortable stay.

I like this little place. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice staff, pleasant. No frills but totally ok with all you really need for a one night stay. Great breakfast included. I would definitely stay here again.
