Not only is the staff outstanding, other patrons were pleasant to have around. One man, of a different race, invited us to sit with his wife and him when no other tables were available. The facility is showing a bit of wear, but furnishings are of good quality. Unfortunately somebody ripped a nightstand from its mooring on the wall, and a rolling door by the bathroom and closet was balky. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There was no charge for a rollaway. We definitely will stay there next time.

The breakfast was very good on first day. Day 2 not very appetizing and refilling of coffee, hard boiled eggs seemed non-existent, so had yogurt and left. And it was ~8am, so NOT during the busiest part.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a chaise lounge for watching TV that was much better than laying on the bed. My favorite thing was, the bed was comfortable. Will be staying there again.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is that I left some clothes in the closet by accident. I called a few days after I checked out and "there was nothing found in the room". I guess they don't bother to hold onto anything left behind. Or someone else is wearing my clothes now. i guess they needed it more than I did.

Poor Experience – No Hot Water and Bad Communication We had no hot water for two nights. After three maintenance visits, the tech said he needed a part and never came back. An hour later, the front desk told us it would take 3–5 hours to fix. Since no other double rooms were available, they gave us access to a single room just to shower. On the last night, we were finally moved, but the new keys didn’t work. The staff member said he didn’t see us in the hallway and just went back downstairs without calling, which made us late for our plans. To top it off, as we left, a new couple was moving into our old room—which still wasn’t clean and hadn’t been fixed. Overall, very poor communication and service.
