The problem is not the hotel but the franchise owner itself. Trying to pinch every penny on everything, serving moldy fruits and not turning the air conditioning on at the cafeteria for breakfast, it’s an old money saving strategy of greedy franchise owner. This place needs to be further investigated by corporate.

Rooms are clean and cool. The lemon infused water was warm and not lemon infused. Add some ice. Need a cold beverage option of morning juices. Orange juice was in a pitcher and it was warm. The lobby and breakfast area was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

10/10 Excellent

The room was clean, the air felt great, and the bed was extremely comfortable after a long day and night at a dance competition. My 12-yr old loved the waffle machine and hot sausage and eggs for breakfast. The pool area looks like it’s being renovated, but was still open and swimmable. Overall, for the price, it was well worth the stay. The staff was very friendly and kind.

I did like that you had to ask for house keeping each day. The air conditioner did not stay on through the night. It got very hot in the room and we didn't have a good night sleep. I will would not stay there again.

The hotel smelt very musty when you walked in, there was not enough towels and washcloths in room and staff acted like you asked for something extravagant. The shower pressure was awful, the curtain was so small and did not stay to open, also nothing on the floor to make it not slippery so we slipped a few times getting in. Then the pool was a cloudy green color and they did not provide any towels in the towel holder as well
