Con una ubicación ideal en el centro de Mount Desert Island, Echo Pines Cottage es el lugar de lanzamiento perfecto para todas sus actividades de vacaciones. Está a minutos de los populares senderos y de la entrada al lago Echo. Disfrute de una vista del lago Echo desde las ventanas delanteras.

Hay dos habitaciones, ambas con camas tamaño queen, más un sofá cama doble con colchón viscoelástico en la sala de estar y un sofá / cama futón de tamaño completo en la sala de lectura trasera. Hay dos baños completos, con duchas y bañeras, uno arriba y otro abajo.

La cocina está totalmente equipada, lista para comidas familiares y reuniones. Incluso encontrará muchos alimentos básicos de cocina, como café, condimentos y envolturas de almacenamiento que se le proporcionan.

Y prepárate para el torneo familiar de ping pong: hay una mesa en el sótano.

Si bien esta propiedad en particular es relativamente nueva en el mercado de alquiler, los propietarios tenemos varios años de experiencia como anfitriones. ¡Poseíamos otra propiedad en Bar Harbor en la que ahora vivimos! Eso significa que somos locales y disponibles, en caso de que tenga algún problema o pregunta.

Our family of four had a fabulous stay here, and we would have loved to stay longer! The location is quiet and scenic, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and we even made use of the ping pong table one rainy afternoon. The location provided easy access to Acadia, Southwest Harbor (where we did a Sail Acadia cruise), Bar Harbor, and various other points of interest. The spacious, well stocked kitchen made for easy meal preparation, and we appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer as well. All in all, a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend this place!

We couldn't have imagined a better set-up for our first time to visit and explore Acadia. We honestly felt like we won the lottery discovering in early to mid-June that this property had one magical week still open for this summer. Located in a quiet wooded area sitting just above Echo Lake, we loved being just 5-10 minutes from some incredible trails, and also just 20 minutes from Bar Harbor. We even found a little pull-over spot for swimming in Echo Lake less than a 3 minute drive from the house, which we visited multiple times during our stay. This was also one of the best stocked houses we've ever stayed in and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts also were thoughtful and responsive in answering some last minute questions that came up around what trails might be ideal for hiking with a 9 and 11 year old. Perhaps one of the things our kids love the most about our stay was the volume of deer we regularly got to see each day around the property - we learned a neighbor leaves out water bowls for the deer so they seem to frequent the neighborhood multiple times a day. We hope to be fortunate enough to come back some day!

Loved the house, bed comfortable, water views from many rooms, excellent kitchen space. Great location. Deck space very comfortable. There is traffic noise from route 3 which can be heavy during the day on weekend but not as bad at night. Hosts very accommodating and felt like they cared about your stay.

Very nice house in a secluded area of MDI. About 15-30 minute drive to most places, which was perfect for us. Comfortable rooms. Great kitchen and amenities. Very good communication with the host.

An absolute gem of a property! Located in the quiet woods with great view of Lake Echo yet a quick drive to the major Acadia locations. We were able to get to all of our destinations and find parking without issue because of the accessibility. The home has everything a family needs to have a wonderful vacation, including a mini-trail my kids loved. The owners have one of the most insightful packets we’ve ever had that helped us find new things to do with our kids. We plan to stay here when we return to Acadia again someday.

This property by far exceeded our expectations! The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and just a beautiful setting. We enjoyed grilling after a long day at the park. We even saw deers one evening while sitting out back! The host was quick to answer any questions and had a welcome sign and chocolate blueberries upon arrival! I would absolutely recommend this location and home!

Centrally located

Cozy and clean cottage. Well maintained. Nice location in the woods on the less busy side of MDI. Located centrally to all the places you want to go. Hiking trails, Bar Harbor, Cadillac Mountain, you name it and it's typically 15 - 20 minutes or less to get there. Supplied Welcome packet was very detailed and provided all the information you can possibly think to ask. We look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation

The property is very well-maintained and the owners have thought out so many details, making it very easy. The kitchen is beautiful and has a great island for family gathering. It's very dog friendly and there are easy walks around the house as well. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Location was great - quiet, secluded spot in the woods, but close to Acadia NP and amazing restaurants in Southwest Harbor - less than five miles away. Kitchen is well stocked - one the best we've had during our many trips, beds are quite comfortable and there is lots of space to relax indoors or outside. Highly recommend the cabin for your Acadia vacation.

Bar Harbor

We loved the house. It was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. My only wish is that it could have been longer! When we were delayed in arriving due to a flat tire, the hosts went to the property and turned on the lights for us so we wouldn’t have trouble getting in when it was dark. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay at 12 Echo Pines

The house was wonderful! Everything was clean and tidy, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Lots of space and convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, and a ping pong table. Big kitchen, with spices and enough dishes, utensils, and supplies to make anything. We even grilled steaks one night! You can't go wrong with staying here!

Excellent Stay!

We stayed Here for two weeks with two kids and a dog the house was fully stocked and neat when we arrived. Your owner was in touch consistently and halfway through asked us what we needed and dropped it off the next day. It was a great location to get all over the island easily. We will definitely come back!

Great Vacation Home & Hosts

We had the most wonderful time at Echo Pines Cottage. The house was an absolute dream- wonderful sleeping arrangements for the whole family, a gorgeous kitchen and outdoor grill for our meals, and a lovely back deck for watching wildlife. The kitchen was well-stocked with whatever you could need and the hosts included really comfortable linens and towels. Truly anything you can think of needing for a holiday, the hosts made sure you had stocked in the house. We felt very taken care of and greatly appreciated the hosts’ suggestions for local activities. It was a beautiful home and we all loved our stay very much!
