Great stay! Good breakfast. One thing that really rubbed me wrong was that they offer milk and cookies at 7pm. I did not think I had to rush to get one but at 7:15 they were all gone. The girl at the desk told me that was all there was and did not seem too concerned when I mentioned the time.

We had 2 rooms which they provided us adjoining rooms which was great for us and our daughter and Son-in-law and the grandkids. The property was well maintained and had lots of sweet Americana decor. Staff was professional and courteous. We will use again next time we go thru Ritzville!

This is a unique BW. Great location near Spokane. Consistently great service and always feels like a home away from home. I did book through a 3rd party so they would not give me perks, like water, for my loyalty points. They want to drive people to their site so My go to will be less of a go to because the person in front of them that likely does better advertising for them via word of mouth is no longer that important. Kinda goes against their values, they need to re think this change!!!!

Energy Efficient rooms are terrible

Asked for quiet room, was given room that shared elevator wall. “Energy efficient” room turns AC off at midnight and won’t allow over-ride, was stuck at 74 degrees and humid. Energy efficient also means no freezer, and that you have to use key card for half the lighting to work. Had to be moved at 1am to an older room to get working AC, a freezer and normal light switches. Mom is 76 years old and this was hard on both of us. We got very little sleep

Space was comfortable & clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Note: as a family who is pretty out and loud about our far-left politics, and after reading some reviews, I definitely felt some pause and worry before we arrived. However, we were kind and authentic with everyone we met, and in return we were met only with kindness as well. Even as we sported our “Protect Trans Folx” and “The Future is Abolitionist” gear. ❤️
