The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to go do. It is an older facility but well maintained.

Weekend boating

Great location, great parking (with a boat trailer). Great service. Room was musty or damp. Noticed mold in bathroom on ceiling and behind the toilet. I may be more critical than others because I am a licensed home inspector. Prices were reasonable.

The room was dirty when we arrived. There was pet hair all over the bed and the sheets were stained. Also, it rained over night and the ceiling leaked, ruining some of our personal belongings. ‘I’ll have them look at it.’ Was all they said. No apologies or anything. We won’t be returning.

They charged me $60 each for my 2 pets pluss $100 deposit on top of everything else and said that they would not return it for 7 to 14 business days. Buildig looked run down and knee high weeds all around building. No entrance from main street. Had to go a block past and cut through another businesses parking lot to get there

Wound up not staying the place was disgustingly filthy smelled of mold and mildew. The sink handle came off in my hand when I went to shut the water off they offered us another room that smelled like a marijuana festival had taken place two minutes before we got there so we decided not to stay and they canceled the reservation and didn’t charge us thankfully, I do not recommend this place.

The property is in a good location but its very run down. They recently completed a renovation but it still seems unkept. The rooms are kind of junky and the exterior of the property is less than desirable. I think if someone put more effort and did some improvements in maintenance, cleaning and updates this would be a decent little place.

The price online was more than doubled at check in. Staff was not very informative as to why. Other than well that's just what it is. Blankets looked like they were dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Could use a lot of extra cleaning.

Walked in and room was covered in stagnant water and horrible toxic black mold. Grass unmowed on property, clearly offered more of a temporary residential setup. Avoid until property can be renovated and made safe.
