The room, especially the bathroom, was not so clean. I could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallway and through the ventilation duck in the room. Bedding was really comfortable. Great location to take the subway to Montreal. Overall it was decent.

Great location to explore Vieux Longueil, and close to montreal Casino. Modern, smart decor, very comforable bed. Some frustration with the parking lot, info not clear as to how to use the various machines, led to an angry line up of guests trying to exit the parking lot.

Our room had an ant infestation. Found ants on our bed and in bathroom at check in. By morning, wet towels on the bath floor were COVERED in ants. Not just a few but hundreds. Told the front desk at checkout and never got a call from management or reduced stay rate. Had we seen this many at check in we would have walked out. Very disappointed guest. Since I am responsible for our sales team travel expenses, this hotel is now off the list. Terrible way to operate a hotel by not owning up to something so irresponsible and preventable.

Perfectly pompous. “May I have an extra pillow? No.” “May I have a fork? No, walk to the food court” “May I have a new key, mine is deactivated. No, we gave you two when you checked in”. This hotel has a roof, running water, and decently comfortable beds. But virtually no service otherwise. Sleep in a tent, you'll enjoy it more.
