Upon arrival, very helpful friendly staff. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good coffee available downstairs in the morning. I needed more water and body wash and it was delivered quickly. I was only able to stay for two days. The first breakfast was a scone that was absolutely delicious with juice. The second day was a croissant and a slice of cheese with juice. They should stick with the scone!😄 The hotel is located close to everything. It is in a safe area and although there was some construction going on, I was never bothered by the noise or detours.

Lovely hotel. Location in the Old City was terrific. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t stellar was the breakfast basket they delivered to your room- small, and not much in it. However, there was excellent free coffee in the lobby. Restaurant in the property was high end - we had phenomenal meal there. Would definitely stay there again when we return to Montreal
