The hotel was beautiful. The wait for the elevators was absolutely horrendous. It took away at least 2-3 hours of our stay there because it took 30 minutes to get on the elevator every time. There obviously weren't enough working elevators for the number of guests. We also ate at the in-hotel restaurant. The choices were limited and the food was not great although the service was excellent. The gym, pool, sauna facilities were excellent.

the staff Duchka was the one of the most nice person I met in 17th floor I lived. She care not only the room cleaned but also ou feeling. She brought her enthusiasm， kindness and her professional personality to my family . We lover her.

We appreciated that from the hotel we could walk to all the places on our agenda. Our room was very comfortable though we always prefer a bathroom that has the sink separate from the shower and commode so more than one guest can get ready simultaneously.
