This beautiful new apartment is one of 4 apartments which have been sensitively renovated throughout from what had been an old barn originally. Filled with charm and character, this 3 bedroom duplex apartment can be found to the ground/first floor and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. It has capacity for up to 7 people and is located in the village of Les Alberts (Montgenevre 1400) in the heart of the Claree Valley. For those looking to visit in the winter, it is perfectly situated for Les Alberts nordic skiing just 200m away (door to piste). However also well placed for both resorts Montgenevre and Serre Chevalier at a short 10 min drive in either direction. For those who aren't looking to drive, private door to piste transfers can be pre-booked for a supplementary fee (details below).

Un superbe endroit au cœur de la Clarée
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L’appartement initial avait eu un dégât des eaux avant notre arrivée et Go Montgenèvre nous a trouvé une solution de remplacement tout à fait convenable. Les chalets sont très cosy, avec tout le confort nécessaire.
Nous avons été un peu surpris sur la configuration du jardin qui n’est pas directement accessible depuis le chalet. Il faut descendre et traverser un chemin. Ça ne nous a pas empêché d’en profiter, il est très agréable.
Nous recommandons vivement ce chalet qui est très charmant.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Julie et James qui ont rénové cette ancienne bergerie avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien équipé, très confortable, nous avons adoré. Encore merci !

Propriété charmante au coeur d'un petit hameau tranquille avec des hôtes et un voisinnage acceuillants et sympathiques. Les hôtes ont été aux petits soins et sont très attentionnés.

Excellent séjour: charme, chaleur, confort et très bon accueil.
L'appartement est magnifiquement décoré. La pièce principale (la bergerie), en voutes de pierres, est superbe, très spacieuse, très bien équipée et très confortable. Les chambres à l'étage sont aussi très confortables, les salles de bain très belles. Seule la petite chambre avec les lits simples est vraiment toute petite. Tout est fait pour mettre le locataire à l'aise. Le propriétaire est très chaleureux et accueillant, et le hameau très agréable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement où nous nous sommes sentis très bien. Merci beaucoup !
