This cosy single-storey house is strategically located just 700 metres from the town centre of Miami Platja and a short stroll from local supermarkets and restaurants. The sandy beach is just 1 km away, while the Bonmont golf course is 5 km away. Furthermore, it is only 20 km to the water park "Aquapolis" and the exciting amusement park "Port Aventura and Ferrari Land".

The villa has a beautiful garden, outdoor furniture, a spacious terrace and a barbecue for outdoor dining. You can also relax by the private pool and have the convenience of a garage in the same building. For indoor entertainment, there is a satellite TV offering channels in several languages, as well as wifi internet connection available.

In addition, the 2 bathrooms with shower have been recently refurbished to offer you more comfort during your stay.

Beautiful villa in very quiet location. Amazing pool

If you want to relax and get away from it all - this place is perfect. We were just out of season so it was very quiet which was just what we were looking for. Pool is huge with a slide! Big rooms and well equipped. Very easy process picking up keys. It's a good 20/25 mins walk to the beach (main stretch) so maybe a bit far for some - but we enjoyed the walk and it's an easy. Thank you!

Urlaub in Miami Playa 2019

In der Villa Lyna haben wir sehr schöne Zeit verbracht (11Tage ab dem 09 September 2019). Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sauber und befindet sich in einer ruhiger Umgebung. Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Zum Strand kommt am schnellsten mit dem Auto, aber zu Fuß ist es auch nicht all zu weit. Wenn ein Auto zur Verfügung steht, kann man in der Umgebung viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitparks (Berge, Port Aventura, Aquapolis, Montserrat usw.) besuchen. Problemlose Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden. Mit dem Reisebüro lief die Übergabe der Villa bei der Ankunft sowie bei der Abreise reibungslos und freundlich ab. Wir können es weiter empfehlen und sagen Danke!
