Fijn en fraai huis aan Gardameer

Prima appartement , prima ligging bij fijn zwembad. Minpunt is de WiFi (deze is zeer minimaal).

Très bel appartement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette appartement que nous avons loué pendant 1 semaine fin juillet 2017. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. L'appartement est au 2ème étage avec un grand balcon et une superbe vue sur le lac. Le centre de Moniga est à 2 minutes à pied. On y trouve une boulangerie, deux épiceries et des cafés ou restaurants. Le lac se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Il y a une grande plage et quelques cafés et restaurants. La piscine est assez grande et très propres. L'appartement est orienté plein est, ce qui est très agréable l'été car le balcon est au soleil le matin pour le petit déjeuner et à l'ombre à partir de 13h, ce qui permet d'en profiter du midi jusqu'au soir même s'il fait chaud.

Vergebe 4 Sterne Super Blick von großem Balkon, guter Raumzuschnitt, sehr sauber; aber zu teuer! Abzug, weil Einrichtung eher unpersönlich ohne Flair ist, keine Bilder oder wohnliche Gestaltung. Haben uns einige Blumen gekauft! Plastikstühle + -Liegen, auch in der Kuche, auch ohne Polster oder Kissen, kleiner Sonnenschirm. Geschirr in Ordnung, hatten aber schon besseres; zu wenig Gläser. Töpfe, weitere Ausstattung ok, aber auch nicht mehr ganz neu! Dusche ging die ersten 3 Tage nicht, ist ein no-go!! Kein Preisnachlass! Mussen auch noch 3 Tage wegen Krankeit der Tochter nach zuhause abreisen, Miete Vermieter damit geschenkt! Insgesamt zu teuer für dieses Wohnangebot/ Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis! Sah im Internet alles besser aus!
