Municipal Thermal baths partly out of work, due to recent flooding. Hotel staff did not inform us of that, nor did Baths personnel. Hotel is in rundown condition with limited services available. Front staff is friendly but this property barely deserves a 3 star, let alone 4.

Mi pareja y yo nos alojamos en este hotel durante el pasado fin de semana buscando la tranquilidad que su nombre y categoría prometen. Lamentablemente, la experiencia fue la antítesis del bienestar. 1. Instalaciones Exteriores Descuidadas: Nuestra primera impresión ya fue negativa. Las zonas exteriores del hotel presentaban un evidente estado de abandono, con hojas acumuladas y plantas sin ningún tipo de cuidado. Esta falta de mantenimiento desmerece la imagen de un establecimiento de 4 estrellas. 2. Ruido Nocturno Incompatible con el Descanso: El problema más grave y totalmente inaceptable fue el ruido constante proveniente de fiestas en el restaurante del hotel durante dos noches consecutivas: • Viernes: Soportamos una fiesta con gritos y música a gran volumen que se prolongó hasta la 1 de la madrugada. • Sábado: La situación se repitió con otra celebración que, desde la tarde y hasta las 11 de la noche, incluyó tambores y cantos a viva voz. Es inadmisible que la dirección del hotel permita estos eventos sin considerar el descanso de los huéspedes alojados. El hotel parece priorizar a los clientes de su restaurante sobre los que pagan por una habitación para descansar.

Hotel antigo mas com boa estrutura , não tem luxo mas oferece grande conforto . Boa cama , quarto limpo , tudo funciona , funcionários solícitos e de bom humor . Café da manhã sem luxo mas com todo básico atendido e de qualidade . Virei outras vezes com certeza . Precisa de alguns retoques nas instalações , mas nada que atrapalhe a estada .

Hotel termas monção- Hotel Bienestar

A minha experiência no hotel foi satisfatória no atendimento, mas insatisfatória na estadia. Ao ver a oferta, esperava algo renovado e melhorado. No entanto, deparei-me com um edifício danificado no exterior, sem placas a identificar o hotel. O preço diário parece-me elevado em comparação com outros hotéis de maior qualidade e conforto a preços mais baixos. Pontos a melhorar: WC: Faltam tapetes antiderrapantes. A água quente não é constante, causando mudanças bruscas de temperatura que chegam a queimar. O banho de crianças torna-se perigoso, como aconteceu com o meu filho. De manhã, a água não sai quente de imediato; é preciso abrir várias torneiras, o que desperdiça muita água. Quarto: Falta um pequeno caixote do lixo. As camas têm colchões de molas antigos, pouco confortáveis, principalmente após uma visita às termas. Não há informações para usar o telefone do quarto; tive de ligar do meu telemóvel para o hotel. Restaurante: Atendimento excelente, mas as quantidades são exageradas. Seria preferível mais qualidade e menos quantidade pelo preço cobrado, ou um preço menor ajustado à qualidade. Pequeno-almoço: Notei que alguns produtos não eram frescos. Apesar da simpatia dos funcionários, o hotel precisa de melhorias significativas para justificar o valor cobrado.

Duas coisas boas neste hotel: proximidade das Termas e cama confortável. De resto para mim não é um 4 estrelas. Água banho demora imenso a aquecer e não é quente... Quartos com pouca insonorização. Pequeno almoço com opções ao nível de 3 estrelas. Empregados parecem uns miúdos chegados da noite ... Sinceramente fiquei desiludida.

Colaboradores estava óptimas, atentas, prestáveis, simpáticos. Principalmente sra da Limpeza muito atenta e bom profissional.
