• Interdiction de fumer à l’intérieur du logement
• Animaux non autorisés dans l’appartement

SANCTIONS:
• En cas de non-respect du règlement, le bail pourra être résilié immédiatement
• La caution bancaire pourra être retenue en cas de débordements ou de dégradations

ARRIVÉE:

• L’heure d’arrivée standard est fixée à 17h00, mais vous pouvez avancer votre horaire d’arrivée
• Pour cela, veuillez utiliser le lien reçu via la messagerie de la plateforme de réservation
• En accédant à votre espace, vous pourrez choisir l’option « Arrivée anticipée » et voir les créneaux disponibles ainsi que les tarifs correspondants
• Ce service, en supplément, permet à notre équipe d’entretien de prioriser le nettoyage afin que votre logement soit prêt à l’heure souhaitée
• Voyageurs supplémentaires : tout invité non déclaré sera facturé 300€/personne/nuit sur votre caution ou réservation
• Pour votre accueil, café, thé, eau et produits de toilette (shampoing, gel douche) sont fournis
• Draps et serviettes sont mis à disposition, les frais de ménage incluent entièrement le linge

DÉPART:

• L’heure de départ standard est fixée à 11h00, mais un départ tardif est possible via le lien reçu
• En accédant à votre espace, vous pourrez sélectionner l’option « Départ tardif » et voir les créneaux disponibles ainsi que les tarifs correspondants
• Ce service, en supplément, permet de profiter pleinement du logement tout en aidant notre équipe à préparer l’appartement pour les prochains invités
• Toute sortie après 11h00 sans option départ tardif entraînera un supplément de 30 € toutes les 15 minutes
• Le logement doit être rendu en bon état :
• Poubelles vidées dans le local prévu à cet effet
• Lave-vaisselle vidé
• Linge de lit et de bain déposé dans la salle d’eau

SÉCURITÉ & HYGIENE:

• Le logement est désinfecté systématiquement selon le protocole sanitaire de l’ARS
• Votre responsabilité civile couvre tout dommage jusqu’au soir du départ
• Les dommages éventuels seront documentés par des photos

ORGANISATION:

• Un état des lieux et inventaire sera réalisé à votre arrivée
• Merci de communiquer votre heure d’arrivée prévue au moins 24h avant pour faciliter la remise des clés
