The property was very clean and spacious. I loved the giant tub it was very nice to have three showers. My family enjoyed the amenities in the bathrooms like shampoo and conditioner. The property was pet friendly with provided dog poop bags and well cat. The swimming pool and hot tub were safe and well cared for. The listing said that it would sleep 16 people but it was a little crowded for that many we used the blow up mattresses and someone slept on a couch , the pull-out bed had very thin mattresses and we're not comfortable for adults. The beds were very nice with pillow top mattresses that were very comfortable. The location is very close to downtown Moab and easy to get to arches national Park and very close to canyonlands and dead horse point. We were there Jeep weekend so parking was a little crowded. Grandkids loved the bikes and the pool and the video game in the family bedroom. My children loved having a washer and dryer that we could use after playing in the red sand and national parks
