Nice house. A few minor repairs needed while there and they were taken care of promptly. The ice maker didn’t work but we just bought bags of ice. The kitchen was very well supplied we did find dirt and hair in the drawers so as a precaution we washed items before using. Location was great and having the golf cart was nice but most days no parking anywhere near the beach. I would stay in the area again possibly

Wonderful Vacation!

Everything about the property was prefect and check-in/check/out were very easy. Our only complaint is with regard to the check-in time listed on the VRBO sight. After driving over 10 hours and being hot and tired we were unable to enter the house until an hour after the listed time on VRBO. I did know the day before that check-in time was incorrect as per Travel Life Vacations who said they would try to have the house ready by 4, but as stated before, it was not. Rough start ended up being a great trip.

Spring break 2025

Beautiful home! We have stayed in this area previously years and love the location and short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. This home had the space we needed for the 3 families. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after spending the day at the beach (recommend paying the extra fee to heat the pool!) This home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Great Large Family Vacation

We had 12 adults and 2 babies and this property was perfect. It accommodated some of our limited mobility family members. And also our two families with a baby and toddler. Our entire family enjoyed the ease of the pool in the backyard and use of the golf cart was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you:)

Awesome house & location

6 couples stayed in this house for our annual Spring trip. Each room was spacious, clean and adequately stocked. The beds were very comfortable too! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking amenities. Pool and hot tub was incredibly relaxing. And, the location to the private beach was just a short stroll or golf cart ride - Bonus that the golf cart was provided as well! Would love to stay here again!!

Spiny Lobster Family Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Spiny Lobster. The beautiful home, amazing golf cart, pool and hot tub, and exceptional service from the property manager made our vacation truly memorable. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and fun getaway! The home was brand new, decorated well and spacious. Every adult bedroom had a very comfortable king bed. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds - they were close to the ground which is perfect for toddlers who use a real bed. Though the weather during our stay wasn't ideal, the heated pool and hot tub were a highlight of our trip as they allowed us to still enjoy swimming and lounging in the water, even on cooler days, providing hours of relaxation and fun for our whole group (ranging from 18 months to 65)! In addition, the golf cart was one of my favorite parts of the house. It was electric, so we didn’t have to pay for gas or anything and it was such a fun way to see the area and get easily to the beach. You could also walk to the beach from the Spiny Lobster, it wasn't far at all. There's also some delicious restaurants within walking distance. Another one of the standout features of our stay was the excellent service provided by the property manager. There were a few very minor issues that we encountered, and they were promptly addressed and fixed, going above and beyond our expectations. The level of responsiveness and attentiveness was truly impressive and ensured that our stay was hassle-free. The only slight drawback was the spotty wifi connectivity, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. We would definitely stay here or another Travel Life property again!! Thank you for a great family vacation!
