This property was described as having access to a very nice pool and hot tub as well as a fitness room inside a resort. It was steps from our door and on the same level. We did NOT have access to those amenities! You needed a code to enter those areas (none was provided) as well as wristbands (which arrived at 3 pm the day before we checked out). However, the wristbands did no good without the code. We were told we could use other pools within the resort but we booked THIS rental so we would have access to THOSE AREAS! The other pools required either a tram pass (which they provided the last day of our stay) or traveling by car. No hot tub was available elsewhere! We did not have access to a fitness room elsewhere in the resort either. As for the room itself it was ok. Not as clean as I prefer. Leftover hair in the tub. There was no place to hang a towel, only 4 washcloths were provided for a 4 night stay w/ 3 guests, and there is no dishwasher on the property even though it is listed in the description. They even set out dishwashing pods to use the dishwasher that isn’t there. The room was acceptable. We booked at Market Street Inn. When you step outside you have access to shops, eateries, and family fun. The only way back in was through the garage because they didn’t provide us a code for the main entrance. It was very frustrating dealing with the host which was Beachwalk Vacations! We were very dissatisfied & felt like they’ve done this before! Not satisfied at all!
