Excellent accommodation

We’ve stayed at Maravilla multiple times but this condo is our favorite! Very clean, plenty of towels and washcloths. Just wish they had some Tupperware type containers and bigger cereal bowls. Will definitely stay in this condo again

Beach trip for mother’s day

Every last detail!

The condo was beautifully decorated and had a lot of extras we weren't expecting. The pool was just steps away and just a short walk to the beach. Along with all that, walking our pets was just stepping out our door!

Beautiful Condo!

Our stay was great. We love Florida and wanted to get away with some friends. This condo was beautiful. Very bright and white. So nice having walk-in showers. Being on the ground floor was great except you couldn’t see the gulf. But not a problem because we just walked a few feet out the door and across the street. We have stayed at this complex before and one of the reasons we wanted this particular unit was because we could just open the door and cook on the grill by the pool. But the grills were gone and we had to drive back to the tennis courts to cook out. (That was very inconvenient and somewhat of a disappointment because the pictures show the grills were there). The only thing I think the owner could do is add a small stand up pantry in the kitchen area between the laundry room and bedroom to store food in while staying there. We had stuff all over the counter top and table so we could easily see what we had and needed to buy. Over all a this unit was great.

Beautiful and cozy

The location is awesome, the condo is just like the photos, and the grounds are very well kept. When we needed assistance, someone was available quickly and were helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Convenient location

Stayed at this property several days off season with family and two pets. Pet walk close by. It’s great to have a ground level unit for unpacking, etc. Condo could use a deep clean but overall we would stay here again.

Loved the unit! Decor was beautiful and location was perfect! Patio furniture needs some attention..chairs not level and rusted, but other than that everything was wonderful! Would love to stay in this unit again!

Maravilla 2109

The condo was decorated beautifully and well updated. I LOVED having the double oven, as I fixed a full Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey was cooking in one oven and the casserole and bread in the other! The ground floor unit was PERFECT for me and my furbaby! This was his first vacation and he LOVED watching the waves. There were only 3 issues encountered...the master bedroom door would not latch closed, the area rug in the livingroom had not been vacuumed and was covered in dog hair upon arrival, of which I vacuumed up after cleaning out the full canister on the vacuum provided. And the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced due to wear. I would DEFINITELY stay in this one again!!!

Perfect

This was the perfect dog friendly condo for my wife and I. The location is exactly what we wanted and the ease of the first floor unit is amazing (especially with pets). The unit has everything you’d need and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

WHEN ARRIVED THE KITCHEN WAS DIRTY AND THERE WERE BUGS CRAWLING ON CROWN MOLDING ABOVE COUCH! I EMAILED PROPERTY MANAGER AND BASICALLY SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND HOUSE CLEANER OUT. I CLEANED IT AND MY HUSBAND SWEPT BUGS OFF CEILING. THE CLEANINF FEE THAT IS CHARGED SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED OFF MY BILL! THE DRYER WOULLD TAKE FOR EVER TO DRY A SMALL LOAD OF CLOTHES AND MY HUSBAND PULLED IT OUT AND THE HOSE WAS PLUGGED UP AND HE CLEANED IT OUT. THE HOSE IS STILL PLUGGED UP AND IT NEEDS SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT OUT. IT RUNS THROUGH THE SLAB AND MY HUSBAND HAD NOTHING LONG ENOUGH TO CLEAN IT! OUR STAY WAS GREAT AND I WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Great location, very clean and easy access to beach and pool

We really enjoyed this condo. It was ground floor which made for easy access to the pool and beach. This was our first trip with our dogs and they loved their beach vacation! The dog park is a nice walk and the dogs took to it very quickly. We came across one issue in the bathroom and it was quickly responded to. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Excellent stay!

This is by far our favorite place we have stayed in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. Incredibly clean! This worked perfectly for our family of 5. The first floor access was such an incredible bonus for lugging all of our beach toys straight out the back door. The beach chairs and umbrella were such a blessing, too. We are hoping to book again next year!
