Beautiful Condo! AMAZING OCEAN Views from the huge balcony with plenty of seating for relaxing and taking it all in! The ocean view from the Master was perfect! I loved opening the sliding door and laying in bed just watching and listening! We even spotted a couple of dolphins from the balcony! Heated Pool was a bonus in February! Great amenities with live music every night! Location is perfect short walk to the beach! Right in the middle of Panama City and the stunning 30A! Having a full 2nd bathroom with teenage girls was huge perk!! Highly recommend! Hosts checked in several times just to make sure things were going well and to feel free to reach out anytime!

Miramar was just what we needed as a family! The room was exactly what was shown. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was so clean and we had everything we needed for our stay! It was quiet and everyone was friendly. We will definitely be back!

Construction noise all day every day for a solid week!

The unit we stayed in is the exact same unit we stayed in August of 2023. The condo is awesome. It is clean, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. However, there was a constant sound like a jackhammer and drills on this week's stay. It was nonstop would start between 7:30-8:00 am. and last til 4:30 to 5:00 pm. On the third day I called the RealJoy vacation rental company only to be told they had other complaints as well but they couldn't do anything about it. We requested a callback from the manager and it has yet to happen.

Aerial Dunes 1403

The property was clean and had all necessary amenities. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and the ocean views. Location was central to beaches and restaurants. Only a short walk to the beach across the street, however it was crowded during our stay. We opted to visit State Park beaches, which are off the beaten path. The only downfall to our stay was the very loud music and late night partying that occurred from the neighbors below. We had a great stay!

Good Stay, strange lease contract

The condo we stayed in was good for our needs! There is a bar and restaurant at the floor level, a nice spacious balcony and a comfortable living area. The only thing I did not like about our stay was thankfully a non-issue but, the contract that comes from the leasing company is ridiculous. It stated that if there was a catastrophic natural disaster event that made the property uninhabitable, no refunds would be granted. Had I not already paid before I had to sign this contract I might not have stayed. As someone who has dealt with hurricanes this is utterly ridiculous that the company could keep my money if they are unable to render the promised services to me. Instead I was encouraged to get 'trip insurance.' So I should pay you more money for the possibility that God Himself destroys your property to get my money back? Ridiculous! I hope the RealJoy vacations team sees this and realizes the absurdity of their contract which leaves customers without options after they have already paid for their stay. Thankfully the gulf was quiet that week and we had a great stay 5 stars.

Exceptional everything

Everything went according to plan from check in to check out.. the 2 pools were a plus especially the kid pool. It was perfect for our 2 year old and 13 year old nephew. Had an ocean view as soon as we opened our condo door.the cabana cafe was on point and had delicious pizza and food.
