they told me at checkin that they do not have wifi. it has been broken for several weeks. this resulted in me having to book a different hotel. i am awaiting my refund and am very worried as i have had bad experience with expedia pretending they never got the refund. i am very frustrated with expedia/hotels.com customer service. i will not be using you again if i do not get refund for a incorrect description of the hotel. i booked it as you have indicated it has wifi. yet it did not

The people in the room across the hall were fighting and hollering from around 930pm-2am before staff finally came upstairs. It was about 215am when the police knocked on the room door - no one answered so they just left The hollering and fighting started again about 10 minutes later.

Staff were courteous, room was clean, hot breakfast was appreciated. Had a moment of anxiety when elevator door didn’t open. A cleaning cart and housekeeper was in with the two of us so perhaps something was out of balance. After pressing the help button, things got moving again.

The furniture in room is all stained. Furnace fan never shuts off. Hallways and elevators smell like weed. People running up and down hallway screaming in middle of night. Won’t be staying there again.

Elevators and hallways smelt strong of marijuana almost every time we walked in. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Sinks and bathtubs didn’t drain. Overall for the price of the rooms, it was good.

The smoke detector in our room went off at 4:45 am. We were told it wouldn't be fixed until 6:30 when maintenance arrived. We decided not to wait and checked out immediately.
