When we arrived we were informed there was no valet parking available as they were full. Apparently they let anyone park in their ramp and hotel guests are not guaranteed a spot. We specifically selected this hotel based on its location to the Arena due to the frigid temperatures which obviously didn’t happen. No garage can in the room and breakfast was lukewarm at best! Would not come back!!

We stayed in room 426. The couch bed had the worst mattress on it. We have stayed many times and every other mattress in the couch has been great. But this one might need to be replaced. Like i mentioned, we stay at the Hampton alot and will continue to stay in the future. That is the only complaint i have and have ever had. Thansk

We chose the Hampton for their proximity and parking for an event at Grand Casino Area. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a nice variety of foods and was kept clean and restocked. We will definitely stay here again.
