The room was clean. The valet and check in was fast and courteous. Do not care for the sliding barn door style bathroom door, it lacks privacy.

When we arrived we were informed there was no valet parking available as they were full. Apparently they let anyone park in their ramp and hotel guests are not guaranteed a spot. We specifically selected this hotel based on its location to the Arena due to the frigid temperatures which obviously didn’t happen. No garage can in the room and breakfast was lukewarm at best! Would not come back!!
