Awful, blood and pee on toilets , water leaking form ceiling , the front office managers are due and treat even employees poor, they charge you per day for breakfast which is a paper bag with a breakfast bar in it. We never ate it but charged us, when I asked about it he said we weren’t charged, when I showed him he said it’s online banking and contact them , they didn’t have towels to take a shower, the arcade games were all broken , the pool is nasty and my kid didn’t even want to swim in it , seriously stay away

Staff was rude since day one , blood/pee on the toilet water leaking from roof, pool was nasty, “arcade” games broken, they ran out of towels so we couldn’t take a shower, the managers are even rude to the other employees. We were charged for “breakfast” on our card for all three days , we didn’t eat anything there as it was a bag with a breakfast bar in it. When we asked about it they said we didn’t charge anything like that to your card, we showed the charges and he said that’s just only banking contact them …. Seriously stay away from this place it’s seriously the worst hotel I’ve ever seen

Weekend trip to Mall of America (MOA). Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from MOA and the airport (in each case you have to call front desk for pick-up and the wait was typically 10-15 mins). Hotel is about 10 mins from airport and about 5 mins from MOA. Had a great experience and the hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. My room was somewhat outdated but they are currently in the process of renovating, which included the dining area, so there was no hot breakfast. However, hotel did provide guests with a bag breakfast of an apple, granola bars and a water. The pool was fantastic and my 9 yr old granddaughter loved it!! The pool alone was worth staying there!

The rooms were not newly remodeled and there was not a breakfast service, it was a granola bar and a bottle of water in a lunch sack! It was not an easy walk to the mall of America as it’s across the highway from the mall! The shuttle service was easy to use and helpful!

Breakfast is on the Go packages and the dining area is being repaired. NO aircon inside the gym. Rest rooms and water dispensers broken. Used to be free parking but now it is about 12 dollars per night. Otherwise kiddie Pool is nice and very close to the mall of America.

The location was perfect. You could practically walk to the Mall of America. The rooms were nice. I traveled with a large party and we had a couple of rooms. We asked for hand towels and were told they were out 2 days in a row. The worst was that when we booked we were told breakfast was included. Upon arrival we were told, the hotel is undergoing renovations and breakfast would not be provided. The young man who checked us in stated " There are plenty of restaurants around here, I'm sure you will find something" . That being said, we were not offered a discount or giving a restaurant's gift card. I don't feel this is something you tell people upon check-in. I have stayed at many Whyndham's and this was by far the worst customer service.

We booked this hotel for the continental breakfast + water park for our kids. We arrived to the location 30 minutes after check in, and our room wasn’t ready. The excuse given by staff was because “the hotel was full last night”. Excuse me but the hotel being busy the night before should have NO IMPACT on my check in time. We got to our room 1 and a half hours after check in. We also found out that because of their renovations, there will be NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. The “awesome” breakfast we got was carelessly thrown together in a white paper bag. The lobby even ran out of breakfast bags! PATHETIC! We paid roughly $250 for a single night and we got MOTEL 8 QUALITY. On top of everything, we still had to pay for parking. The staff wouldn’t even comp it for all the inconvenience and deception listed online. Needless to say, I’ll never stay at another Wyndham brand hotel. If a hotel is undergoing major renovations then it needs to be put online prior to a booking being made.

It was horrible! Check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm but we had to wait till 7 pm, they didn't give us are room that we reserved, the smell of the room was disgusting, floors where damp, the chair had popcorn shoved in the sides, their free breakfast is what they call breakfast bags witch they have till 9am and where out at 8:30am lastly their staff suck and have no idea what to do or how to acually talk or work i will never ever go to another wyndham. Start training your staff correctly and acually clean and take care of your hotel!
