This was our second year staying at this wonderful house for our annual Girls Weekend. We love the views out of every window. You can watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee at the dinning table and also watch the sunset while drinking a cocktail on the deck. Plenty of room to sit and read a book alone or enjoy games or crafts at the large table with the gang. Quiet area yet not a far drive to restaurants or stores.

The house and views are amazing! The location was perfect and there was something for everyone to enjoy! We fished, crabbed(caught enough for 2meals), kayaked, and swam/played at the beach. There was plenty of wildlife to keep our birder entertained. There are also plenty of quiet places to just sit and enjoy the view. We are a family of 9 ranging in age from 2-67 and we all went home happy and relaxed.

Our stay was amazing and the hosts replied promptly. Their kitchen is the most well supplied kitchen we have had in a rental. The beds are super comfortable, outdoor sitting is very welcoming. Fishing and watching the sunsets are a favorite! Added benefit was the ping pong table for our young teenagers.

Had another excellent stay at Broadkill. This house simply has the best views out over the Broadkill River and easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and every year they make another great addition to the house or property. Would highly recommend staying here.

The roundhouse

The best house we’ve stayed in in the past 15 years. Beautiful views, lovely artistic decor, well appointed kitchen stocked with just about everything you need to prepare meals, decent beds, great space, great location between sea and sound…I could go on.

Perfect Family Spot

This is our second year here and it has been a great place get the entire family together for a week of summer fun. The quiet beach and the fishing dock and kayaks and a canoe are all right there for us to enjoy. Rehoboth, Lewes, and the Cape May ferry are only about a half hour away. The house offers spectacular views of both ocean and marsh, and excellent bird watching. Every guest was comfortable in their space.

A beautifully relaxing retreat

The house is wonderful with its 360 degree views. Having flowing water and a dock on the property allowed for fishing and crabbing multiple times a day. Enough bathrooms for our crowd and private spaces suited extended family members. All in all our week at Broadkill Beach was a hit!

Great Views

A group of eight visited for 4 days. House worked well. Views are great and everything we needed was available. Short trips to various activities including a winery, a tour of Dogfish Head brewery and some great breakfast and dinner places. Small issue but was solved very quickly. Owners are very responsive.

Sanctuary

The house is a dream if you are looking for being a little off the beaten path but not too far from the action. Beautiful and roomy home with easy access to the beach and state park, but not a far drive from restaurants and the boardwalk. The beach is quiet compared to lewes, rehoboth, ect and was ideal for shell finding and observing wildlife. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, living room was an amazing space to enjoy the views, and the dock was an added bonus to the property.

Spectacular View

The elevator was a life saver, The views of sunrise to sunset and moon rise were amazing. The house is comfortable. We didn't try any of the TV''s so cannot comment on the technology aspects of the house. We do intend to return.

Family Time

We had a wonderful time staying at Bliss. We traveled to the area for a funeral, and having this house allowed us to be together during a hard time. The views are STUNNING and having board games there to play made for a fun and relaxing time.

Round Beach House

This was our sixth trip to 'our round beach house'. That's what we call it because we love it so. Just walking through the door creates a sense of calm and comfort knowing that for the next few days we'll have everything we need to relax and have a good time with each other. Because our group is large, we utilize the in-law suite as well as the main house and it is equally as comfortable. We have cocktails on the deck at sunset and make delicious dinners in the well-appointed kitchen then get cozy and watch movies on the smart tv. 'Our Round Beach House' has everything for a fantastically fun girls' weekend away.When you book this house know that you're in good hands with the kind and attentive owners.

Perfect Girl's Weekend

The weather was perfect. Great sunrise and sunset views from this house. We did birding right from the house. No need to drive anywhere. Plenty of room for our group of 12 ladies. Having 2 refrigerators was great. House was clean

Where do I drink my coffee

House was really nice. Easy beach access a short drive or walk. So many beautiful views that you didn’t know where to sit!!! The estuary was amazing. So many different kinds of birds. Would love to return some day.

Awesome stay at Bliss at Broadkill beach! Everything was clean and well maintained, and our host was very quick to respond back to any questions we had. Views were amazing from the house and we were able to make so many fun memories going to the beach and using the back dock. Would definitely consider returing for another stay :)

Perfectly Rounded Vacation

This property is amazing. A unique ROUND house with views of both the Bay and the Estuary from the windows that encircle the home. Big comfy Family room, great outdoor deck to hang out and big comfy rooms. Lots of stuff available (so it made the trip easier, since we did not have to lug a ton of stuff) and the fishing was great. Nice - Easy and relaxing place to stay. Host was great and so was the Home.

Beautiful, Relaxing and Fun

This is our second year renting this house and it is our favorite spot out of all the different places we have stayed in Broadkill. The kitchen is well stocked, and rooms cleaned well. The owners are excellent and quick to respond. Each year you see something else they have worked on to keep the property in good shape. The views over the preserve are simply breath taking. Overall I highly recommend staying here for a family vacation.
