As many of us do when looking for a motel I checked the lowest price option and took a gamble that some of the bad reviews were exaggerated. Well I lost that bet. I was ok with outdated decor and the very used furniture. What I was not ok with was the safey issues. These inclded moldy shower curtain, bugs, filthy bedding and and towels, big exposed metal rods that extended from under the bed to hold it up, bad lighting, electrical outlet that shorted out when used, carpet that hasn't been cleaned in years (if ever - see photo of girlfriends feet after walking on the carpet for just a few minutes), a TV that did not work and not to mention the whole room smelled like an ash tray. When I showed/told the staff these problems was told by the staff that if I paid almost 100% more than I had already paid they would try to "upgrade" my room. Ended up driving over 90 miles to find an available hotel in my price range to avoid staying at the Boutique Motel Wolf Inn. Have dozens of more photos/videos of the safety and hygiene issues but Travelocity will only allow a few. So just a warning if you try on gamling that the bad reviews ablout this motel are wrong, be prepared that the odds are stacked against you. Safe travels and go to Cedar Point ... it was amazing.

Proerty need a little remodel but is was very quiet very clean everyone respectable. Staff there willing to help you with a smile on there face. Everything was in working order if there any issues the gentleman who handles it get right too it. Very sweet gentleman and go beyond to help his guest.

The service was good. The room was not good. We discovered a small bug in the bed and we never stayed there. We requested our money back which they told us. We would get it back because we’re not gonna stay in that environment.

I've stay here before but this time it was different. The room I had before was laminate so it was a lot cleaner. I guess for the price I pay would still complain this time. The carpet was dirty and the room smell. The toliet was not clean and there was peanut on the door handle. We had to go to dollar tree and buy cleaning solution to wipe the toilet and door handle. We also had to buy air freshener to get rid of the molded smell. The bed wasn't the softest but place to sleep and knock out. I don't know if I can stay here again. I'll see next time I visit.

Good for the price

It was an ok room. My only complaint would be the roof needs a good scrubbing and the plug sockets need replaced. My phone charge just kept falling out of most of them.

Just a place to sleep. Not extremely clean, but not terribly dirty. There are a lack of pillows on the beds and they beds have a plastic protector on them which is fine but definitely made for awkward sounds as you are in bed.

This was scary. We were assigned a room at the end of the building in the back. Everything was dark. We walked into the room and it smelled like damp cigarettes. The bed was lumpy looking and when my husband sat on it, it almost folded in half. I immediately booked somewhere else (at 11:30 at night!) I'm still itchy.

I enjoy tent camping occasionally, and I found myself wishing that I was doing just that while staying in this room. I would have much rather been sleeping outside, just not outside of this motel. First, the motel is sketchy. The area is fine, but the motel is creepy. There are quite a few long term guests here, and there were random people roaming around outside until 4am. This is the only reason I didn’t end up sleeping in my van once I saw the condition of the room. The room was horrendous. I’ve never honestly encountered a room that shows just how little the staff cares about this property. They do no more than change the sheets and call it good. 1.) Dirtiest carpets I’ve ever seen in a room. I literally wouldn’t even walk around without shoes. Even having socks on wasn’t enough! 2.) Hair everywhere- I could have gotten the room for free if I had $1 for every hair I found in the bed. Disgusting. 3.) Mold growing and visibly protruding from the wall underneath the air conditioner. There is obvious and significant water damage. The wall is wet and peeling, and there’s a giant spot of black mold on the wall that is easily visible from the moment you enter the room. 4.) I refused to turn on the AC because I was genuinely concerned about breathing in the air that came from that thing.. moldy, dusty, dirty, and downright disgusting. 5.) DIRTY UNDERWEAR- Someone else’s.. on the floor by the mini fridge 6.) The smell will make you sick (if the mold doesn’t) RUN!
