Comfortable apartment in a great location with an easy walk over the motorway to the beach and town. Very short walk to local shops and bars. The appt is a little tired but has the essentials. If I was to pick small issues, could do with better and more mirrors and more glasses and mugs.We would and will go back if the place is available next time we travel to Mijas

We had a most enjoyable stay, the apartment is in a super location. We were 4 adults and there was plenty of space, in areas it is a little tired but had all you need. The owner communicates really well and genuinely wants her guests to have a great time.

Great host Excellent communication, wonderful size , not as close to beach as expected and not aware of the main coast road being between the accommodation and the beach or main area of La Cala
Towels were lovely , soft and lots of them however the apartment was quite dirty , unnecessary mould in bathrooms , stained toilets , mould spots in shower curtain ( if not changed every four weeks shower curtains harbour germs ,dirty tooth brush holders , sticky fridge inside and out , no liners in bins ,three mugs for four people , lots of food /toiletries left behind by others , would prefer a cleaned out approach.Had to keep shoes on or gained dirty feet , very dusty un touched areas .
No information book , so we could not get the TV on however great easy wifi we worked out ourselves .no Taxi information /directions etc

Weekend with friends
Myself and two friends used to live together in La Cala and wanted a place to stay to meet up for a weekend. The apartment was perfectly positioned with a supermarket and bars a very short walk away and the beach a little further.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't use the pool due to time of year but looked very nice and well kept.
Excellent communication with the owners and easy to get into the apartment. Would highly recommend the property.

Great location, walking distance to all amenities.
Just got back from a week's break with 4 friends. We had a great time and could not have wished for more. Great value and great location. The complex was quiet, well maintained and whilst a little way from the main town of Cala De Mijas, it was within walking distance and even had Lidl on our doorstep, so we never had far to carry heavy items such as water etc.
The apartment was quite spacious, plenty of room for us 5 adults with outdoor dining space, which we made great use of.
There were a few things missing in the kitchen, such as a grill pan and knife sharp enough to cut food adequately; however, the host was quick to respond to our messages and rectify this.
The outdoor pool was a massive bonus, well kept, clean and just the right temperature to keep you cool. It's not massive, but bigger than others and it was so quiet, we practically had it to ourselves.
The beach is not too far to walk to and there are loads of bars along the boardwalk, which you can walk for miles.
I really cannot fault the accommodation or the location, I would gladly return tomorrow.
Thank you to the hosts for giving us the opportunity to stay.

Very Good Experience
The apartment was ideal for our needs. Very spacious (6 adults). Some nice touches, large BBQ and fridge on the large terrace. Considering the heat, fully functioning air con in all 3 bedrooms was excellent (maybe remind guests to empty bucket for AC condensation). Marisa was very helpfull and attentive throughout the process from start to finish.

Hola
El alojamiento está muy bien, se ajusta perfectamente a la descripción, bien ubicado y en una buena y moderna urbanización.
Lo que deja mucho que desear es la limpieza del apartamento, sucio, sucísimo (hicimos y tenemos fotos del momento de la llegada). Es especialmente grave porque cobran 50 euros de limpieza.
Desde luego si nuestra estancia hubiera sido más larga habríamos pedido un cambio o una solución
No sé si la limpieza la hace la propiedad directamente o es u servicio externalizado, pero en cualquiera de los dos casos es algo que deberían comprobar y mejorar enormemente
