Nestled in a stunning location on the Fleurieu Peninsula, our spacious 5-bedroom beach house offers the perfect escape for family and friends. Just 300 meters from the Middleton Beach, you’ll enjoy endless sunsets, ocean breezes, and plenty of room for everyone to relax and have fun.

2 Separate Living Areas – Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different activities.
2 Large Decks – Perfect for alfresco dining or simply soaking in the views.
Secure back yard - Great for the kids to play backyard cricket!
Fire Pit – End your day by the fire, toasting marshmallows with loved ones.
Large park and playground across the road for the kids - you can supervise from our balcony!

Perfectly laid out this entire house gives the best of both worlds, north and south facing large balconies, upstairs is a large fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and the first of two large lounge rooms, bedrooms 1-3 are upstairs, all with direct balcony access. Downstairs is the second living space, kitchenette and 2 bedrooms.
Linen is provided for this property, just bring your own beach towels and get ready to hit the beach. Free Wifi with Netflix and Stan and many more also included along with some board games to entertain! Coffee, tea and sugar and some kitchen staples are provided for your first day.
Don't forget to bring your binoculars to take in the breathtaking views and the local whales when they pass by.
