Not the best neighborhood
House was not what we expected at all. The location we expected was arts district, however when we arrived there was a drug deal going on in the corner. The uber drivers also recommended that we do not try walking out at night. The house was very easy to spot and it is the only one with a giant FOR SALE sign on the front wall. The metal bars on every window should have been the first red flag.Listing has a total of 7 bedrooms, 4 in the front house and 3 in the back house. The house was not clean as expected. The front house does not have a dining table, rather a pool table with a cover. We decided to play pool, only to see how dirty (stains, dust, and crumbs) the table was underneath, not to mention the floor is not even. The lighting is also very bad as most light switches were in awkward places like behind doors or on the opposite side. The hallways also did not have lighting. Kitchen has dishes for use but did needed to be washed before using. Stove had only half of the stove tops work. The back house had a really bad smell from either marijuana or the mold. One of the doors had a hole from what to be appeared a punch. There were multiple stains on the wall. Checking in was easy as we just got a code to lock and unlock the front doors. However, the lock required multiple tries as it would never work on the first try. Would only recommend for maybe one night if you are on a budget. We would not stay again.
