I celebrated my wedding here. Since the beginning, they stated there was a fee associated with the event and I accepted. When they sent the payment link, I paid, and there were a total of over 1000 in fees. I asked if all fees were paid and if there was anything I owed, they confirmed everything was already set. The day of my wedding, they texted me stating I must pay 1500 for the event, even when I asked numerous times if I was missing any payment. The communication here is horrible, I spoke to at least 4 different people that had no idea what they were doing. The place was beautiful and beyond expected, but not as clean as you would expect for the cleaning feed we paid for. There were used toilets that were not flushed, water stains in bathroom sinks and faucets, and even a dead cockroach in one of the bedrooms. When I told whoever was responding my texts, the basically implied I was making it up, claiming they had pictures from the housekeeping team that demonstrated otherwise. I never saw these pictures and I did send them all the uncleaned aspects of the house. Again, beautiful place and many activities to do, just horrible communication and outrageous fees when the cleaning wasn’t up to par.
