Everything was great, especially the staff. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the lobby furniture looked dated and needs cleaning, the desk in our room was dirty from something being spilled across the top, and the pillows need replaced. The pillow cases were also very wrinkled like they hadn’t been washed in a while.

The hotel was in a great location and the airport shuttle was nice. The room had electrical issues where the outlets in the bathroom and by the bed did not work. Also, the front desk was a total mess. The supervisor on duty seemed annoyed with customers and no one seemed to know what was going on.

This was one of the worst I have stayed at. There was mold, shower leaked in the wall, the lvp flooring was sticky, and the bed was like cardboard. I definitely will think twice about a Hilton next time.

Waited over 40 minutes for airport shuttle to arrive…Bad start!! Arrived at check. In thirsty…No Bottled Water. Having Tru and a second brand like Home..,Something was a bit strange. Shower was TERRIBLE!!! NO WATER PRESSURE…LUKE WARM NOT HOT.
