Lobby is very nice. Lots of space in the room but it did seem unfinished. Not fully painted, missing shower shelves, definitely new. The gym, sauna and pool are all lovely, and fairly empty. Pool is not heated so gets chilly at night. There is a lot of construction on the street, fair warning if you’d like to sleep past 7am. If for any reason you would like to get ahold of an actual person at the hotel before you arrive, best of luck to you. I was charged twice and called and emailed 25+ times to no response. It was dealt with swiftly however, the staff on site is delightful.

SMART???? What's so smart about this place? The key? It's a physical metal key on a keychain! The electronics in the room? None! The phone service? They might as well not have a phone! I left a shirt and have called 14 times just to talk to a human once! She said she would call the next morning when housekeeping arrived - of course, she didn't. Of the other 13 times, 6 went straight to "The wireless customer you are trying to reach is not available!” Is this some kind of joke??? Had a wonderful stay at Smart Brickell. Check in was smooth, front desk was sooo nice and super helpful. Our check in time supposed to be at 4pm but he provided us with a room earlier than that. He acknowledged that my son is getting cranky so he gave us a room way sooner. The room was stunning, super modern, spacious and clean. Definitely will stay here again when we go back to Miami and will surely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

There is no breakfast included. The location is not too bad. (Close to the metro, free trolley, restaurants, pharmacy) but there is construction right beside. Overall we had a good experience there !

Le second lit était un divan-lit et non un vrai lit, alors que j’avais réservé une chambre pour 4 adultes. La personne a l’accueil a appelé un taxi fantôme (au lieu d’un vrai taxi officiel) et ce taxi fantôme nous a arnaqué sur le prix (exorbitant) de la course.
