Our stay was extremely disappointing and far from relaxing. The contact number listed led to the residential side, making it nearly impossible to reach staff. The front desk had limited hours, and the early check-in fee was outrageous—especially with a 4 PM check-in time. Despite paying, our room was not ready, and it was visibly dirty: the balcony had smudges and kid handprints, and the TV area was filthy. The TV didn’t work at all. The toilet’s flush mechanism was broken and required awkward maneuvering to function. There was no room service or way to request fresh towels by day three. We were placed in a corner room directly in front of loud construction, with a crane operating as early as 7 AM on the weekend. This stay did not meet basic standards.

The location is very difficult to find. The parking garage is in another block and you have to pay an additional $40 plus we had a fine they say is going to be waved but wouldn’t provide proof. The fine is not stated why it was given to us. We parked in the slot the night gentleman told us to. The room was decent, newish looking but the rugs were stained and it had a smell. The lighting was horrible. I wasn’t able to put my makeup on in the bathroom and had to wait until the sun came up to step outside. I wouldn’t recommend this lodging.
