The room was clean but the carpet had a very foul smell like humidity mixed with cigar smell. They did not clean the room. they offered breakfast and when we arrived they said it was not available. Would never go back.

Their building in the back is wide open and anyone can walk in the building off of the street. The airport shuttle was operated by a neighboring Hampton hotel. Guy on the phone told me to look for an orange van. I was not told it would have the Hampton Inn logo on it. So I missed it the first time it came around. Communication around that should be better.

Close to airport and front desk staff was friendly but actual room, specifically the bathroom, was not cleaned well at all. In fact, the previous person’s bar soap was still stuck to the side of the bathtub when I checked in.

Simple, okay. We booked as there was a free airport shuttle and breakfast. It is super close to the airport, windows insulated well, reliable shuttle. Breakfast is not offered anymore, coffee in the lobby though. The room was clean but not fancy. The shower was nice and hot. The towels and pillows soft. There was a fridge and microwave and coffee pot

I refused the first room they offered me. Carpets were crusty with dirt. The second "free upgraded" room had hard floors, but were dirty. Toilet had a crack in in and was leaking from underneath. Shower had cracks and was dirty. I will never stay with Red Roof again, in spite of their good reviews and question whether I will use Expedia again. On top of that, it was very expensive for what we got. Very disappointed.
