Disliked: Cleanliness
I booked for a month and on the day of my checkin the property manager told me the unit wasn’t available. No apology, not even any warmth. When I politely expressed my frustration he copped an attitude and told me to take it up with VRBO. So on the day of my checkin I’m stranded without a place to stay for the next 30 days and I have to seek a refund of several thousand dollars. Don’t trust this guy - Justin Holloway of Penthouselux.
