Great stay

Conveniently located to walk to restaurants, shops within Brickell, even downtown. Check-in/out was fairly easy. Came with assigned parking spot. Nice amenities with 2 pools, hot tub, game room, and gym, but did not get to utilize all (reservations needed due to covid). Good space for family of 4.

Disappointing stay

Bathroom is usable but a lot of things that are eyesores/need fixing: Dust above the bathroom vanity lights More light bulbs out than are working Part of a broken tile on the shower wall Dirt / mold / grime / dust above the baseboards Discoloration and possible water damage above shower Kitchen: one oven knob doesn’t turn all the way Less than 24 hours before check in we received a long message detailing house rules, one of which demands the A/C be kept at 74 when in the condo and at 75 when away “To avoid a fee”. There is also a note near the thermostat saying the same. The AC did not work well so we had to shut the blinds since the windows aren’t great quality. We didn’t appreciate the fact that the AC rule is not listed on the VRBO listing. Glass table under TV broken, one of the large mirrors in the living room also broken. Balcony with no furniture. Cigarette butts and small pieces of garbage on it. No pool / beach towels (when a big selling point of the condo is the pool) No medium or large pots for cooking. One large skillet is usable but handle is loose / broken Floors scratched up and marked throughout Dust on the kitchen walls The positives: location. Two pools on same level. The pictures of this don’t do them justice. In July the sun went right overhead all day; not sure how much sun there would be other months due to proximity of high rises possibly creating shade. Overall, wouldn’t recommend the place as-is for the price tag. The owner could easily fix these issues (and lighten up about the AC, or present her demands in the listing) at which point it would be a decent place.

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

I would highly recommend this condo. I went to Miami for a week long conference with my colleague and this condo was absolutely perfect for our long term stay. The interior was gorgeous and had a full kitchen, perfect for cooking dinners. I was even able to enjoy the gym and pool. Sandra was extremely responsive to any questions we had as well. Thank you so much!!
