Upon checking in the room I reserve they told me I couldn’t get it and would have to wait until the next morning to get my room with a balcony that I paid extra for, and I would have to sleep in a regular room the night of arrival which the purpose of me booking the balcony was to celebrate on it. The night of arrival defeated the purpose, and once I got switched over to another room the next day it was worse no AC bugs everywhere and dirty. I have photos of the bugs the blood on the beds and sheets, the dirty tubs, the ants everywhere.

I like that everything was close. It was always clean and the breakfast was good. I didn’t like that the air conditioning was on a timer and kept going out. The room was hot for summer. There was no microwave in the room. Not a regular coffee machine to get hot water as I brought my own teas. I tried with the coffe machine they had but did not work. I went downstairs to get a cup of hot water and I had to buy a tea. No where for hot water but I had to pay for it. I think some upgrades are still needed.

Beware of this location

I am a priority club member and I have stayed at this hotel before (years ago). But I will NEVER stay here again!!! My stay here was horrible. There was only one-person at the front desk at ALL times to check guests in on such a busy weekend as Memorial Day was UNACCEPTABLE!!! Please review the photos of the room. Shower curtain turned, outlet missing cover, the bath tube is yellow looking, water does not drain properly out of tub. This is NOT the holiday inn I am using to staying too. Because I paid through a third party, the clerk was not willing to enter my priority club number into the system so I can earn my reward points.

Hotel was disgusting. The gentlemen in the front desk was really trying to help us and gave us 3 different rooms. However, first room had a roach, second room- the handle to the room was jammed shut and would not open, and the third room- the a.c didnt work and there was a dark nasty stain in the bathroom
