The setting was pretty unique and the access to the airport very good BUT we were told on checking in that the parking for overnight guests was free and to bring our parking ticket to the desk when we checked out, we were told this by both the concierge and the front desk. On checking out The young lady on the desk was very rude and said we had to pay our own parking. The $25 fee was a very small percentage of our room and food costs but it annoyed us immensely. We stayed in many hotels on our trip across the USA and she was the rudest desk person we encountered .

Front desk manager could care less

Hotels in need of refit. Roach in room and holes in sheets. Front desk personnel could not have been less accommodating at check out. ZERO apology about bugs and sheets. Told me they have nothing to do with parking lot. However when pressed , issued me pass for $30. This is their policy but UNHELPFUL and RUDE manager and Katie were like you’ll have to pay the $200 to leave . Not our problem.

Great stay, I would do it again

It was a very comfortable stay and affordable. Has a starbucks with some organic goods as well. The water around the hotel made for a pretty view. I would highly recommend including breakfast with your stay. It was delicious and had fresh squeezed juices.
