We had no idea what we were staying in a hostel with shared bathroom and other common facilities. The facility was in a neighborhood so bad that our Uber driver advised us to get inside ASAP.

Close place to the beach, great for the price. I’d recommend to stay w friends coz the place is large and too big for solo, but still… I liked the balcony view as well, had my coffee there every morning

False Advertisement

This place was a scam. Sleeping with 4 unknown men in one room (No disrespect to the men but I was the only female) with 2 bunk beads 8 X 10 room was a No No! Ended up sleeping in the street in a Danger Zone because there were no hotels available! This is false advertising and I want my money back. Please don’t do this to travelers! It is dangerous and it’s uncalled for! This is the Garden, a little better than the Eco Shared Paradise. Didn’t have a chance to take a picture because it stank and it was kinda creepy. Not risking it! I think a prison would be cleaner and safer! Had booked these two places way before I arrived to Miami. I thought it was a different renter and I gave it the benefit of the doubt and it was worse. No no!
This was supposed to be the Garden but person said the Garden was out of service so he sent us to this property.
No family ever showed up, it was a man who stated that he too got scammed and he was nice enough to give us his bed.

No towels or wash rags. No mandatory cleaning for guests. The host is an amazing guy but the situation is dismal for someone who wants cleanliness
