Este edificio esta muy bien ubicado, teniendo el Aventura Mall a 10 minutos en auto.
Supermarket a 5 minutos de caminata y tambien una plaza con muchas opciones para comer y hacer compras.
Para aquellos que vienen con chicos hay una plaza de juegos frente al hotel.
El hotel cuenta con piscina climatizada, sauna, Gym, laundry, puesto de comida y mucho mas!!

The good thing is that the property is on the beach, the pool was good, the room was ok but need some upgrades pronto, especially in the bathroom like repaint the bathtub, the toilet was wiggling, change the fixtures, change the door. The lobby and the front of the hotel is horrible need an overhaul. The pool staff is a disaster, very rude people, it looks like they are there as a punishment or something, they have to be removed, all of them. The umbrella and the chairs are expensive 20 for the umbrella and 10 for each chair, in other hotels is 20 for the umbrella with 2 chairs included. Bottom line, they have a lot of works to do to revive the hotel and if you can afford something better, does not matter if it isn't on the beach, take it, you will be better.

Large room, two large beds plus one twin bed, large and well-working fridge, ocean view, possibility to cook, beach chairs, pool, a lot of sun. The cooperative owner will answer your questions. Many places to eat out. I liked the room and the ocean beach. I did not like the unfriendly valet parking personnel, very expensive parking, and very old laundry in the very old basement.

L'emplacement est super. Par contre, j'ai demandé ce qui était dispo dans la chambre plusieurs fois, sans réponse. Nous avons dû chercher où se trouvait l'accueil pour les chambres <>, car c'est aussi l'hôtel Ramada. La chambre n'était pas propre et le complexe en rénovation, sans qu'on nous avise.

Tout était parfait, la seule chose est que c'est inscrit qu'il y a un stationnement mais ce n'est pas mentionné que c'est 25$US/jour
