So this place is convenient if you want to be close to the water. I booked it twice because I had a cruise and this was our shoulder day upon arrival and departure. The place needs work, the air conditioner worked on the first day however we had water dripping from the ceiling and had to have it serviced. Waiting on someone to come repair it is inconvenient. The place itself could be great but the tubs had paint chips and peeling all over the place. On our return day the A/C did not work at all. It was very hot and humid, they said it was a building issue and it was too late to change locations. The front door to enter needs to be replaced, the doors to the patio both need repair they holding on by a single screw and one doesn’t even close all the way. If you just need a place to sleep and don’t judge harshly it’s okay. Parking can be quick or a long wait, it’s all valet and out of the owners hands just an fyi. The place has potential but needs lots of attention.

Our first time staying here and we were all pleased with everything. This is not a 5 star building but the staff was great and the price was even better. They're due for some upgrades in the building itself and the parking process is a pain but other than that we were very pleased and would stay again in the future.

Clean room good location. Need better chairs for outside and umbrella.Beds were very uncomfortable. Water was very nasty. Couldn’t brush my teeth how to get bottled water couldn’t really take a shower cause the water smelled so bad.The car rental places were rude and beware of tollway pass and insurance are already have. They tried to get you to Rent A. Car through them instead of whoever you booked the car with waited for 2 to 3 hours to try to get a Rent-A-Car then couldn’t get it in the Rent-A-Car end up getting canceled.

So if you’re liking for a cute lil start with everything you need if you want to be out on the town or stay in and enjoy the view. The beach is steps away the place was clean and had a kitchen filled with everything you need to cook drink eat etc. I loved my stay I WILL be back thank you till next time…

It was advertised as an apartment. It was a small hotel room poorly taken care of. Water damage painted over. Counters perling up. Shower door broke. Toilet extremely stained looked disgusting. This was very far from what was advertised. We checked out immediately and would never recommend this place.
