Great Location and Hotel Amenities, Some Improvements NeededWe are giving 5 stars because the location is excellent and having access to the hotel amenities was a big plus. That part of the experience was very positive!The apartment, however, needs some upgrades and better attention to detail. There were items stored inside the closets that did not belong there. The knife set was missing half of the pieces and we initially had only a bread knife. After we opened a request, they provided a new chef’s knife, which we appreciated.There were too many beeps and blinking lights from smoke detectors and appliances at night, which disrupted sleep. The water pressure was excellent, but the drainage could not keep up, leaving the tub slightly flooded during showers.Check in is late at 4pm and had to wait until 4:40 PM to access the room, a later check out was not granted. Seems like the housekeeping team was not fully prepared. On Saturday, the elevator stopped on every floor due to Shabbat, making luggage handling chaotic.Parking is expensive and valet only, the price advertised was different from what we were charged. Even if managed by a third party, the advertised rate should be honored.Lastly, the hallways had very strong aromatic cleaning products. The scent was heavy and may cause headaches for guests sensitive to fragrances.With better maintenance, clearer parking pricing and smoother operations, this could truly feel like a five star stay.
