Great hotel with excellent customer service. Nice comfortable beds spacious room with stovetop and full refrigerator. Pool and 24 hr gym. To make things even better free washer and dryers so I went home with all fresh clean clothes. My family enjoyed!!!

The hotel offered shuttle services from the airport and to the cruise port. Very convenient and easy to get to the hotel and the port. The staff at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. We would stay here again and I definitely recommend Candlewood Suites.

I decided to stay at this property because of the location & proximity to the airport & also because of the expedia ratings, however I was amazed that the hotel was not even close to the revies & ratings. The property is not clean, the staff is standoffish. They willl nickel & dime you for every little thing. There was no lotion in the room, I was told that I had to purchase it at the front desk.
