No heat, hardly pressure in water to brush your teeth, only one cart to haul luggage out or in, no elevator to second floor, pour service, unclean, big gap under room door so bugs crawl in. Never go back to this hotel it was one time only and the last time. Thx Moses and Lisa 727-647-2433

Our first impression was that it's an old hotel in the middle of trying to rebrand and maybe improve? The room (especially the bathroom and shower) were tiny and felt like they need to be remodeled. check-in was slow and tedious even though I had pre-registered online and the airport shuttle only goes to the airport once every hour (and BTW you have to request it if you are waiting at the airport.) Some small improvements and attention to details would make it much nicer.

It was a very cold night, the room was freezing No heater only a/c . It was a hole in te wall between the a/c unit and the wall, cold was coming in The gave me more blankets… No outlet to charge my phone and hearing aids I had to unplug tv and fridge in order to charge my things. I only booked that hotel to be close the airport but I’ll never go there again I tried to find another hotel to go but it was too late and everything was booked already. A very bad experience!

The room was cozy and comfortable,the bathroom was small and the shower stall was flooded when showering,staff was courteous, informed the morning desk check out agent regarding issues concerning the shower stall ..was informed that she would relay concerns with the manager on duty and housekeeping to inform maintenance.

As soon as you walk in the hotel smells like mold. Staff was polite but cleanliness needs improving. Our sheets were dirty, pillow cases had stains and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The only thing that was great was the breakfast and shuttle service to and from the airport.

This hotel is very outdated! There is no elevator to the second floor and no help to get your bags up there ! The bathroom in our room was very tiny! We stayed there prior to taking a cruise. I had called the hotel prior to getting there and was told that there was a free shuttle to the port. There was a shuttle but you had to pay $15.00 per person and be prepared to have cash on hand! The free breakfast was not good . I thought the hotel would be nice since it's a Wyndham property but I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

This is an older hotel and adequate for an overnight stay in Miami. It is close to the airport, less than 10 min drive or cab ride to/from MIA. The room was generally clean. No dust. Fully enclosed mattress covers. The surfaces were wiped down including the headboard. However, as an older hotel there were stains on the walls, bathroom tiles, doors, etc. The bathroom is incredibly small. The air conditioner is old and difficult to maintain a moderate temperature. if you are familiar with Miami, most buildings that are more than 15 years old have a bit of mold in the air so the air conditioning is usually kept high. This AC does that job. Do not look for modern amenities or decor. The staff was very polite and as helpful. This is a completely adequate hotel if you are looking for something not too far from the hotel.
