a little deceptive
The "tree lined street" is a 6 lane road. The apartment has good windows but the street noise is caused by large trucks with airbrakes whining at being stopped by the traffic light. And motorcycles revving up. The apartment was directly above a bar with loud music. However the terrace did have a tree that shaded it, if you could tolerate the noise when you sat out there.
On the bright side, once you are off this main street the neighborhood is terrific. Quiet, lots of interesting restaurants, lovely people. Easy to walk around. the metro stop is across the street. the apartment itself is spacious, with modern furnishings, though with a few quirks. we stayed a month, this might matter less to people staying a shorter time.
