Property Manager Company Kukon was the problem ~ not the property
Only giving 3 stars - mainly for the property Manager Kukon. We stayed at this property for 1 month ~
1. They were still cleaning the apartment when we arrived and we arrived after 1-hour check-in time. They did a weekly clean which was great but they were always late (sometimes an hour or two) and we could not leave due to our small dog being in the apartment
2. The main issue with this rental was only one card to get in and out of the building even though the administration of the building said we could have another one with a refundable deposit. We suggested giving us access to the online app which did not work or allowed us to connect. For a whole month, I had to meet my husband on his return from work so inconvenient as there are 2 separate elevators to get to the entrance.
3.The apartment was very warm (August/September)due to being on the 18th floor and the windows could only open a jar. They did bring additional fans which helped circulate the air.
4. The kitchen was stocked with minimal utensils, pots & pans - great if you are eating out almost every night. They did bring us another frying pan
5. Security and front desk staff of the building were very pleasant and happy to help
6. Location wise really great if you are new to the city with access to the grocery store, Starbucks and lots of restaurants/food court in the same building.Large mall across the road.
7. Gym and pool facilities were great
8. Paid the deposit via VRBO in the USA then charged in Mexican pesos in Mexico to Kukon the property management company. The price came out more than the amount when we secured the rental
