Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. Transportation to the Metro and Metro bus was also nearby, making it easy to explore outside of the Historic Center. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people, and it was quiet, clean, and well air-conditioned. The only area for improvement is the breakfast buffet, which was underwhelming compared to nearby options. For a better value, we found that the VIP restaurant offered a more satisfying breakfast at a lower price.

This is an excellent property, close to a lot of interesting places like Bella’s artes, El Zocalo, among others. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The service from the moment you walk in to your checkout is great.

Loved the location, easy access to the City center, Pick this Hotel because of it proximity to the Zocalo and Bellas Artes building and the Famous Fco madero pedestrian street. Dislikes was more an Expedia issue for claiming Breakfast included for my stay and was not honored at the Hotel.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The highlight was the excellent service from the waiter, Raúl — he was attentive, kind, and really made us feel welcome. The buffet could use more variety, but the food was tasty. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would come back.

We reserved the bath tub suite on are first and last day. The second day it wasn’t available. They stuck us in the lobby in between rooms for hours with our bags. Interrupting our afternoon. No hot water in the bath tub suite.

Horrible customer service - stayed in the hotel for a few days in a couple different rooms. We had to actually check out of the room and be without a room between 1 and 3 pm. Ideally we would have gladly kept the same room and not move but they did’t have the room we wanted everyday.

El hotel es perfecto para disfrutar el centro histórico de la Ciudad de México. Su personal se preocupa por darte un excelente servicio y hacer tu estadía inolvidable. Creo que el área donde el hotel puede mejorar es en la calidad de los alimentos del desayuno. La fruta podría estar más fresca desde mi punto de vista y el precio del desayuno más barato porque es lo único que yo creo que está por arriba de lo que se sirve en la barra del desayuno. Aparte de esto, mi impresión del hotel es inmejorable. Estoy muy contento con el servicio recibido.
