It´s a great place to stay, pretty comfortable and at a great price... Obviously, it´s not a luxury place, but very convenient, clean and practical. It´s my second time in here, and I would return. Just needs a bit of attention in certain details; for example, the light in my side of the bed wasn´t working. But otherwise, I highly recomend it.

Dont stay here

They did not have the room at the location i reserved months in advance, never communicated anything until I arrived at the building. They moved us to a location that was far away from our original plans so we had to spend at least an extra $150 on transpotarion during our trip. The rooms dont have air conditioning, not even a ceiling fan so it was extremely hot I could not sleep. To make it worse the windows dont have screens so if you try to open it to let the air flow a ton of mosquitos will come in. I would not recommend trusting this "hotel" chain with your plans. A reservation is called a reservation for a reason.

Location, location

Second stay. Cleanliness is outstanding. I only wish that the beds were more comfortable—very hard—with some extra pillows. Laundry is included if you purchase the detergent. This is extremely helpful and the ladies do a great job. The location is safe and walkable. I will stay again.

Perfect location. Calm neighborhood, felt very safe. Apartment had 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, balcony, kitchen en dining. It was perefct for our family. Very kind housekeeping and manager!

Good value, comfortable at decent location

Comfortable and clean apartment in a decent location. Few things did not work such as the downstairs key and the shower door. One great thing the apartment includes daily maid and laundry service.

I booked a king bed suit but was given a queen bed. And there was bes bugs (i have pictures to.support it). I called the management but they said they only have Queen bed apartments. I had to get Expedia to call them to get them to change my apartment.

this is not a hotel... apparently these residences are used by people coming to work in DF for the week and then they rent it at a very high price for the week end... Everything is clean, but you have to go to the store for basics such as coffee... Very few restaurants/bars in the immediate area..
