Terrible Place

This is an Airbnb not a hotel or a hostel. The security at the World Trade Center didn’t even know that there was an apartment for rent for a few nights. I called many times to the number provided he never answered. This place should not be on Hotels.com

They did not know Ibwas checking in, I had to call travelocity and check in that way. Nobody told me (and I never read) that it would be a SHARED department, until I saw another (surprised as well) guest cominig in. Leftovers on the island and the refrigerator. Terrible internet.

I liked the modern facility, the conveniences nearby, and the distance from the city which made it quiet but close. I didn’t like the check in process and the lack of autonomy. Instead of providing me with all the information I needed, I had to ask questions as I went. I requested a queen bed and was given a room with two singles. To use amenities like the gym I needed to book a specific time. If I had known about this I couldn’t have planned. So I do not recommend this property because of the processes you need to complete to do basic things. And I do not recommend this property if you don’t speak Spanish.

No es un hotel ni mucho menos un suit, solo son condominios no notificados (tan solo a simple vista), te notifican a la hora de hacer checkin. Tampoco el lugar es abierto, no puedes utilizar equipos de las instalaciones porque es un complejo residencial, osea, solo residentes pueden usar área de juegos, alberca, gimnasio, etc. Incluso para salir a turistear no puedes volver a entrar tan fácil, tienes que mandar WhatsApp a un numero para que un residente te permita la entrada porque los guardias no te ayudan si no tienes huella como residente. En definitiva deberían quitar este sitio de la aplicación o en su defecto quitar la palabra 'Hotel' de su descripción. Si alguien lee esto, no rentes, busca en otro lado si es posible.

Esta cerca del Pepsi, Google dice que 4 minutos caminando pero a lo mucho son 2 y puedes cruzar por la plaza y aprovechar a comprar en el Walmart express que esta dentro de la plaza, aunque también la zona está a reventar de oxxos, taquerias, y los miércoles se pone un mercado muy padre. El metrobus línea rosa te deja en la calle de Pepsi center pero atraviesen por la plaza y llegarán en 2 minutos máximo, y la seguridad de la zona y el lugar está muy bien porque esta vigilando 24/7. Si organizan bien su estancia pueden conocer centro histórico qué está a 30 mins. en metro, hay museos y actividades que hacer, también le pueden preguntar a las chicas que te recibieron al llegar o los guardias de la puerta sobre que hacer y como llegar, son muy amables todos los que cuidan ahí.
El cuarto que rente es para 2 personas con baño privado e incluye walk-in clóset perfecto por si llegarán a estar más de 2 días, aunque el baño compartido esta bien y limpio.
La estancia de la sala esta grande y es muy cómodo estar ahí.
La cocina está completa, en mi opinión si lleven su aceite de cocina, azúcar, sal y café porque no hay, pero tienen sartenes de teflón, platos, vasos, tazas, cubiertos y así. Para cocinar prendan el extractor qué está en la campana de arriba.

La habitación es cómoda. En este viaje yo debía de trabajar, por lo que fue grato encontrar dos escritorios y una silla ejecutiva para trabajar. El cuarto es muy iluminado y con buena vista para disfrutar la ciudad mientras trabajas. Ya me había hospedado en otro piso del mismo edificio y no contaba con el "plus" del área de trabajo.

La habitación bien, la atención bien. Extremadamente molesto y nefasto tener que avisar cada que entras y sales del edificio y esperar a que una persona autorizada te abra la puerta, por qué no te pueden dar un código de acceso, eso es horrible. Si sales al 10 diez veces al día las 10 veces que tienes que esperar en la calle a que bajen por ti si no no entras.

Me incomodó compartir espacio con hombres que dejaron sucio el baño compartido para todos, y cuando llegué a la habitación no tenía buen olor. Olía a sudor. Siempre nos resolvieron las dudas de parte de las personas que nos recibieron. Pero cuando pregunté si me quedaría con hombres y mujeres me aseguraron que eran mujeres.

No es el lugar que dicen que es. Por mensaje mandan la ubicación real y es en un edificio de departamentos el cual sólo te rentan una habitación y no hay suficiente privacidad. El tamaño de la cama no es la que dicen y el edredón estaba sucio.
